Founded with a mission to uplift the underprivileged in rural communities in Pakistan, CGMA Foundation strives to make a meaningful impact on communities through education, health, and humanitarian support. Facing tough challenges, Pakistan deals with big differences in education and healthcare like limited access to education , substandard education & scarce healthcare care services.
At CGMA Foundation, we tackle these issues head-on by:
Pakistan has one of the highest out-of-school children in the world , with an estimated 20.3 million of its 63.3 million school-age children are out of school. According to a 2018 World Bank report, a staggering 43% of children aged 5-16 remain out of school, reflecting limited access to education across the nation. Additionally, a 2017 UNESCO report highlights substandard education outcomes, indicating that many students fail to attain basic literacy and numeracy skills. Compounding these issues, Pakistan also faces a scarcity of healthcare services, as evidenced by a 2019 World Health Organization (WHO) report. The country struggles with one of the lowest doctor-to-patient ratios globally, exacerbating the challenges in accessing essential medical care for its populace.
By establishing schools with modern facilities and qualified educators, providing essential medical services directly to those in need, and offering vital support during times of crisis, we empower communities to thrive. At CGMA Foundation, we believe in the transformative power of education, health, and humanitarian support to break the cycles of poverty and inequality, offering hope and opportunity for a brighter future in rural Pakistan.
