About the Role
CGMA Foundation, the leading NGO in Soon Valley, District Khushab, is looking for a committed PR Executive to manage communications, build partnerships, and strengthen our outreach.
This is a full-time role based in Soon Valley (Naushera). The selected candidate will be responsible for developing liaison with the development sector and representing CGMA Foundation as a trusted partner in rural development projects.
Our mission is to promote education, healthcare, skill development, and humanitarian services across underserved communities in Soon Valley. By joining us, you will be part of one of the most impactful NGOs in Soon Valley working to uplift rural Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with donors, development organizations, and government stakeholders
- Write donor proposals, reports, and funding applications
- Represent CGMA Foundation in development sector meetings, events, and collaborations.
- Manage press releases, public statements, and media coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to showcase impact stories and community initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in PR, Development Studies, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in donor engagement, PR, or development sector liaison.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Strong networking ability with NGOs, donor agencies, and stakeholders.
- Passion for community development and social impact.
