Position: Office Manager
Location: Head Office, Ugali/Nowshera, Soon Valley, Tehsil Naushera, District Khushab
Type: Full-time (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including lunch time)
Age Limit: Max 40
Equal Gender Employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Support team members and volunteers
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Record minutes of meetings
  • Enter accounts in CRM

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Passion for CGMA Foundation’s mission
  • Minimum graduation and 5 years of experience
