Captain Ghulam Muhammad Awan(CGMA) Foundation, a registered NGO based in Soon Valley, District Khushab, is inviting applications for the position of Operations & Administration Manager. The Foundation is seeking a responsible, organized, and capable individual to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization and support the effective implementation of community development programs and improving the overall performance of the organization in Soon Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational affairs of the Foundation
- Ensure effective implementation of various welfare and community development programs
- Maintain strong coordination and workflow between institutions, community members, and staff
- Manage administrative matters, records, and reports in an organized manner
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management
Qualifications & Skills - Experience working with computers and relevant software
- Experience in administrative or operational management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in social welfare organizations and retired Armed Forces personnel
- Preference will also be given to candidates residing in Soon Valley
Additional Requirements
- Maximum age: 48 years
- Medical fitness is required
- Valid driving license is mandatory
