🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development & Implementation – Design and expand curriculum across Grades 1–12, aligned with international standards.
- Academic Oversight & Assessment – Supervise lesson planning, instructional quality, student progress, and exams.
- Teacher Training & Development – Conduct training programs and continuous improvement for teachers.
- Leadership & Innovation – Motivate teams, drive academic excellence, and implement innovative practices.
✅ Requirements
- Master’s degree (regular) in Education or related field
- 5+ years proven experience in curriculum development & educational leadership
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
